In our last blog we announced new times for the swim, But as many found out on arrival at the pool on Friday 11 Nov, the pool staff had not been told so were not expecting us.
It turns out that the manager was putting it up to his HQ as a proposal and it was not cast in stone. For some reason he had expected a reply from us. No we are not sure what reply we were supposed to give and as we explained to him, our members live in a very wide area and we had to use out coms system to make sure everyone was in the picture. Still not sure that he got it!!!
So the message now is the TIMES HAVE NOT BEEN CHANGED they remain 8 till 10pm on 2nd & 4th Fridays.
